Tell me what
you're working on.
I read everything that comes through. Most replies go out within two working days. If you have a real problem and think I can help, say so plainly — that's what gets a response.
What does "advisory" actually look like?+
It depends on what you need. I work on a project basis or a monthly retainer — fixed-fee, scoped at the start, with clear deliverables. The work is usually strategy, narrative, or product framing: helping you figure out what to build, how to position it, and how to communicate it to the people who need to understand it.
If you're not sure what you need, tell me what the problem is. We'll figure out the format together.
What topics do you speak on?+
The creator economy, the future of media, product strategy, and the intersection of AI with the above. I've spoken at industry events and on podcasts — if you're looking for a keynote, a panel contribution, or a fireside chat, I'm open to the conversation.
For corporate events: yes, I charge. For genuinely independent meetups, university talks, and conferences where tickets cap below $300, there's a sliding scale to zero. Travel is always covered.
Will you sign an NDA before we talk?+
For the first conversation, no — a one-page NDA is more friction than the conversation is worth, and I keep introductions confidential by default. For project work, yes, gladly. I have a standard mutual NDA I can send you in <24h.
I sent something a week ago and haven't heard back.+
Apologies — please send it again with nudge in the subject. The most common cause is an over-eager spam filter; the second is me being on a flight without working wifi.
