What does "advisory" actually look like?+
It starts the same way every time: a ninety-minute call where you talk and I listen, then I read what you actually run the company from and write you an assessment. That's what you sign. From there it's either three months as counsel next to the CEO, or six months leading one named outcome with your team. Fixed fee, scoped at the start, no juniors.

What topics do you speak on?+
Three talks right now: AI strategy, how media cycles repeat, and why some creators break through. They're on the speaking page. I also moderate panels and MC events.
Corporate events pay a fee. For independent meetups, university talks and low-cost community conferences, I'm flexible down to free. Either way, travel is covered by the organizer.
Will you sign an NDA before we talk?+
For the first conversation, no. A one-page NDA is more friction than the conversation is worth, and I keep introductions confidential by default. For project work, yes, gladly. I have a standard mutual NDA I can send you in <24h.
